Why AI adoption needs an internal owner

Change continues after deployment. The people who run the work need to be involved from the start.

Choose a process and an owner

The sponsor removes obstacles; the process owner follows the work. Make each person’s decision rights clear.

Train on actual work

Use recurring situations and known exceptions. Teams need to know when to trust an output, when to review it and when to stop the workflow.

Track use and quality together

Tool access does not prove adoption. Check whether the workflow is used, whether outputs meet quality criteria and whether review time fits daily work.

Transfer the knowledge

Document workflows, develop internal champions and review failures. Client autonomy should be a tracked program deliverable.

Our consulting methodology. Application depends on each company’s context, data and agreed criteria.
