What an AI diagnostic should deliver to leadership

A list of tools does not resolve an investment decision. A diagnostic should make the choice testable.

Map the actual work

Observe how tasks happen, who makes decisions and which exceptions consume time. Validate interviews against operational data and samples.

Prioritize with explicit constraints

Compare expected impact, effort, risk, dependencies and team availability. Unverified assumptions should be labeled as hypotheses.

Deliver an executable decision

Each initiative needs an owner, a metric, estimated costs, dependencies and acceptance criteria. Explain what comes first and what stays out of scope.

Preserve freedom of choice

The diagnostic should remain useful if the company implements internally or selects another supplier. Continuing the engagement deserves a separate decision.

Our consulting methodology. Application depends on each company’s context, data and agreed criteria.
