Diagnostic
Understand before building
Operational immersion, time and rework measurements, a process manual and an implementation plan.
Approach
From diagnosis to implementation: we build workflows with your team, measure results and support adoption through operational handover.
FROM ANALYSIS TO DAILY WORK
We build workflows and AI instructions alongside internal counterparts. Leadership validates priorities and provides the required access. Specialists support integrations and security within the agreed scope.
Diagnostic
Operational immersion, time and rework measurements, a process manual and an implementation plan.
Pilot
Build with two internal counterparts, test real cases and compare time and quality.
Scale
Introduce further workflows in stages, with delivery standards, training and exception handling.
Autonomy
Trained internal champions, current documentation and an internal routine to review results and improve.
Timing is set after diagnosis. Expansion depends on quality, feasibility and adoption, with criteria agreed before the pilot.

WHAT YOUR COMPANY RECEIVES
Methods no longer rely on individual memory. Rules, examples and exceptions become a knowledge base maintained by the company.
Receive documents, extract information, prepare a deliverable and check the output: each step has rules, tests and owners.
An environment contracted by your company, individual access and review criteria. Licenses, infrastructure and specialist services are defined in the proposal.
CULTURE, ADOPTION & WORKPLACE CLIMATE
We pay attention to how people experience the transition. Clear roles, room for questions and practical support are part of implementation.
ADOPTION CYCLE
Questions, confidence and workload
Training and internal champions
Usage, quality and team feedback
01 / Before change
Conversations with leaders and teams uncover concerns, workload and working habits. We agree what changes, who decides and how questions will be addressed.
02 / During implementation
Training on actual tasks, protected learning time and support from internal champions. Regular reviews identify difficulties, overload and workflow improvements.
03 / After transition
Internal owners maintain documentation, onboard colleagues and review metrics. Leaders and HR track team feedback and agree improvement actions.
We track workflow use, quality, confidence and perceived workload. Brief feedback rounds and team discussions guide adjustments, taking care not to identify individuals in small teams. The plan sets the cadence and owners during and after the transition.
LET’S TALK
Tell us which workflow creates delays, errors or manual effort. We will assess the context, data access and who needs to take part in the transformation.
